Some Upcoming Readings/Rain and Shine

January isn’t exactly the best time to leave Texas for Seattle but I’m excited to be reading on Tuesday night, January 13 at Open Books with the lovely and fun fun Matthew Dickman.

Then, at the end of the month, I’ll be on a Florida mini-tour.

First stop, an intimate evening of poetry, music & hors-d’oeuvres at the Craftsman House Gallery in St. Petersburg,  Saturday, January 31st at 5pm.  A portion of proceeds will be donated to local food banks, $8 entry and $18 entry includes an autographed book.

The best thing about this reading is I’ll get to hear music by my old friend, the multi-talented Lara Cerri.

Then, on Feb. 2, I’m reading on the University of Tampa campus at R.K. Bailey Art Studios – Scarfone/Hartley Gallery. 8pm, reception and book signing to follow.  Writers at the University is a literary reading series housed in the Department of English and Writing at The University of Tampa.  For further info, please contact the director, Dr. Audrey
